We encourage clear communication with all our clients and feel this is a very important part of our service. Julian (our laboratory owner) will always try to be available to speak on the phone to discuss complex cases and resolve issues that may arise immediately.
We actively encourage dentists to visit our laboratory to discuss the individual requirements of your practice and the best way we can work together.
As part of the communication channel we ask for photos of cases where possible. This proves very useful in all cases but particularly in difficult cases either technically or aesthetically. A picture paints a thousand words.
We believe it is very important for a laboratory to offer full support on complex cases. With Julian’s hands on approach and experience we believe we can benefit your patients and your practice. From full arch implant cases, large bridges to full mouth rehabilitation we can provide treatment plans, diagnostic models and temporaries to show the patient what can be achieved.
We provide a shade taking service and can either meet your patient at your dental practice or alternatively patients can visit us at the laboratory.
All cases require 10 working days within the laboratory. An express service can be arranged by telephoning the laboratory.
We offer a postage paid service and all work not hand-delivered is posted using Royal Mail. Special delivery and courier services will be used when required.
