The philosophy of our laboratory is to provide a consisent, caring and high quality service to give you the confidence that every restoration will be straight forward to fit, perform reliably in the mouth and look natural.

• All items supplied remain the property of the laboratory until payment is received
• Accounts are payable within 30 days of invoice date
• We reserve the right to refuse a guarantee on a case should we believe we are being asked to make a restoration that will not last the guarantee period
• By fitting our work the client acknowledges that it has been made to their satisfaction
• The laboratory reserves the right to charge for the remaking of an appliance
• We guarantee our dental restorations for a period of 2 years for metal ceramics/goldwork and 5 years for all Zirconia products. If within the period the product proves defective in circumstances of normal use, a replacement will be provided free of charge by the laboratory. The guarantee does not cover any defect arising from incorrect prescription or fitting.
